Chocolate Samosa – How To Make Chocomosa

Chocolate Samosa is a delightful and unique dessert—perfect for a Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve party.

When planning my Christmas dessert menu, I didn’t want to go with a traditional cake or a typical chocolate dessert. Instead, I wanted to infuse Indian flavors with a modern twist.

While brainstorming unique ideas, I explored different ways to transform traditional Indian desserts.

Initially, I tried incorporating carrot halwa into muffins, but the results weren’t quite what I was hoping for.

I also experimented with various fillings for kachoris, but none of them had that “wow” factor.

Then, inspiration struck in the most unexpected way—my little daughter was eating chocolate with roti! That gave me the idea to try chocolate in samosas. My first attempt with plain chocolate filling felt like something was missing.

So, I tweaked the recipe by adding nuts, and the result was incredible! When my friend tasted it, she said, “This is even better than brownie with ice cream!” That’s when I knew I had created something truly special—a super innovative dessert for Christmas!
