Avoid Mistakes at First Attempt of Making Potato Chips Salad

  • You can use ready-made potato chips for this recipe, though homemade potato chips add an extra layer of flavor.
  • To make the best potato chips, soak the slices in ice-cold water for 15 minutes after slicing, or refrigerate them for at least an hour.
  • When frying, heat the oil on a high flame. Once you add the chips, reduce the flame to low to maintain their crispiness.
  • You can also enhance the salad by adding fruits such as diced red or green apples or orange segments.
