- 1 block 14 oz / 400g firm tofu, pressed
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp red chili powder optional
- 1 tbsp oil any neutral oil
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp kala namak black salt
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finish and ServeAdd kala namak, chopped cilantro, and lemon juice. Mix and taste for salt. Serve hot with toast, paratha, or rice.
