Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Monaco biscuits or any salty biscuits
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 cube processed cheese, grated
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 Cilantro for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Vegetables:
    Slice the tomato, onion, cucumber, and carrot using a slicer or knife for uniform thickness.
  • Prepare the Cheese:
    Cut each cheese slice into four small squares. Grate the processed cheese and set it aside.

    Place a Monaco biscuit on a plate as the base. Add a small square of cheese on top. Stack a second biscuit to create a sandwich-like layer. Layer with a slice of cucumber, onion, tomato, and carrot. Sprinkle chaat masala after each layer for enhanced flavor.
