Asian Red Cabbage Salad with Roasted Peanuts

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts (with masala seasoning)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dressing
    In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, honey, cumin powder, black pepper, and vinegar (or soy sauce).
    Whisk well until all the ingredients are combined.
    Let it sit for 4-5 hours if possible to enhance the flavors.

  • Prepare the Salad Ingredients
    Shred the red cabbage and julienne the carrot.
