Spicy Moroccan Carrot Salad With Garlic | Indian Moroccan Raw Carrot Salad

  • 1 large carrot peeled and cut into evenly sized strips
  • 3-4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil (optional)
  1. First you need to make dressing for salad. To make dressing in bowl, take minced garlic, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice. Mix them well.
  2. Now add carrot strips and add into dressing and stir well. Let it put aside for 5-7 minutes to marinate.
  3. Now it’s ready to serve. For garnishing sprinkle some red chili powder. You can also pour some oil to give it more taste.
  4. Black sesame seed give it perfect final garnish and give little crunch to it.
1) You can add Scallion for different taste and make it colorful.

2) In India here red colored carrots are available. But you can use any types of carrot nearby you.
