Spicy Vegan Omelette is delicious way to have savory breakfast. This is Indian style chickpea flour chilla recipe which made with chickpea flour. You can have it as breakfast or sometime as light dinner.
  • 2 cups gram flour or chickpea flour
  • Half cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  1. Take 2 cups of gram flour or besan into large mixing bowl; add tomato, onions, garlic, red chili powder, salt. mix them well
  2. Now add water little by little and mix it into flour. Add water to make spread constituency.
  3. Heat the large tawa or pan, and spread the mixture using spatula. Cook one side and flip to cook on the other side.
  4. Spread the oil for crispy one. Serve it with curd or green chutney or tomato ketch up.
1) You can serve it with curd or buttermilk

3) You can add some stuffing to have burritos
