Chapati Noodles are super innovative way to have healthy, easy, quick and delicious breakfast. I never tried chapati noodles before as I was wondering this is tedious and time consuming recipe. Why spending too much time to use just leftover? If you are thinking like me, YOU ARE WAY TOO WRONG!
  • 5 leftover chapati
  • half cup sliced onions
  • ⅓ cup carrot juliennes
  • ⅓ cup green bell peppers (you can have any colored bell peppers)
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp schezwan sauce (more for spicy)
  1. Cut all vegetables in juliennes. You can grate them also.
  2. For chapati, roll out the chapati and cut into thinly, to get noodle like shapes.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil, and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for a while and add sliced onions.
  4. After that add all vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  5. Then do the seasoning, add soy sauce, schezwan sauce, salt and mix it well into vegetables.
  6. Finally add chapati noodles and stir well. Cook for just 1 minutes and serve immediately.
1) You can serve it as breakfast with some fresh juice or some smoothie as well.
2) For kids, lunchbox, this is the best way to eat vegetable with chapati.
