Golden Milk Chia Pudding | Turmeric Milk Smoothie

Golden Milk Chia Pudding is my summer drink version of Indian Golden Milk also known as Turmeric Milk which had been gaining popularity in western countries now-a-days.
Ingredients
  • half liter milk
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar (1 tbsp honey)
  • 2-4 cardamom ponds
Instructions
  1. • Soak the chia seeds for at least 2 hours.
  2. • Heat the milk in pan, and add turmeric powder, ginger powder and cardamom ponds.
  3. • Let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
  4. • Then let it cools down completely
  5. • Once it cools down, add milk into serving glass and add some chia seeds into it. I have added 3-4 tbsp soaked chia seeds.
  6. • You can have it with your favorite nuts like almonds and walnuts.
Notes
1) Best healthy drink for summer.
2) You can have it some ice cream on top.
3) Some dry fruit powder also goes best with this drink.
