Boondi Raita Recipe is the yogurt based dip which is combined with some crispy boondi and some tangy spices form everyday Indian kitchen.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Boondi
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt to taste.
  • Pinch of roasted cumin powder
  • red chili powder to taste
  • Pinch of coriander powder
  • Pinch of chat masala
  • fresh mint leaves(optional)
Instructions
  1. Add curd into mixing bowl. Mix all the spices as per your taste. I like little bit more chat masala into this.
  2. At serving time add boondi into it and have crunchy raita is ready to eat.
Notes
1) For summer, this is best way to have sides with spicy lunch or dinner.
2) Best sides for biryani or fried rice recipes.
